Thanks for the Global Distribution request including the request to pass on my email to Mark. The replacement rubber feet arrived safely yesterday and the G- RAID Mini is now held safely in place when used.

editing cards, I was recommended to you via Matrox UK. The prompt and

I have been making films since 1979 in both film and video formats and
in the last few years I have used Pinnacle DV200 with Adobe Premiere. I
decided to upgrade my systems and a friend built a PC to reflect the
required Matrox specifications and I now enjoy enhanced digital video
production. In my professional capacity I am responsible for video and
audio conferencing services for one of the big four accountancy firms
and I am aware how often a first impression is vital in any business
relationship. Planet have passed with flying colours.

At a time when it is easy to complain , it is equally important to

believe that you have the best video/editing products website I think I have
seen in the UK. I followed several links from the pinnacle website to online
retailers and your website is a breath of fresh air. Its actually
informative and very easy to navigate and use. More importantly it gave me
the information I required which I couldn't find on the Pinnacle site
itself. Being involved in design for many mediums I realise that companies
don't always realise how far ahead of the competition they are, and your

We have been purchasing components from various online companies for years now.

However the service from PlanetPC was different than I was used to. Not
only did one department know what the other one was doing (not having to
explain your problem 3 times to different people in one conversation was a
real bonus) but they actually seemed keen to solve your problem quickly.

They rang me back when they said they would with delivery times, but even
rang again later just to check if everything was ok!

Above all they are a very friendly service who seemed organised and
responsive to my query. It's nice to deal with a company who's left hand
knows exactly what the right hand is doing.
